Wizz Air Resumes Flights to Abu Dhabi

Wizz air Abu Dhabi

Wizz Air is gradually resuming operations to destinations in the Middle East. According to the airline, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah and Amman are returning to its network, with a total of 12 routes and 49 flights per week.

The airline suspended its Abu Dhabi-based operations in September 2025. According to Wizz Air, the decision was influenced by the geopolitical situation in the region, operational challenges and issues related to aircraft engines.

As part of its new schedule, flights to Abu Dhabi and Dubai will resume on October 25, while services to Jeddah and Amman have already started operating again.

Wizz Air’s return does not mean the restoration of the former Wizz Air Abu Dhabi operations. The new flights will be operated as part of Wizz Air’s European operations.

According to the airline, around 470,000 seats will be available across the four destinations during the winter season.

Ticket prices start from €24.99.
