The Mountain Trails Agency of Georgia said the London Snow Show, one of the leading platforms in the industry, had promoted the country’s mountain ski resorts in an article published last month.
The Article by Ben Yeo said the country’s ski resorts offered a “unique winter experience”, while also highlighting “vibrant atmosphere” of the mountain resort Gudauri and “family-friendly environment and historical charm” of Bakuriani, another winter destination.
The piece also noted Gudauri had hosted annual FIS Freestyle sporting events, while Goderdzi ski resort offered a “unique mix of alpine and subtropical climates”.
The outlet also emphasised the country’s north-western highland town of Mestia, as well as sports and recreational destinations of Hatsvali and Tetnuldi and Mount Ushba, the two-headed peak in the north-western highland region of Svaneti.
